Had a nasty migraine attack during the night. Still feeling under the weather and I'm out of migraine meds, so I have to make do with conventional over the counter painkillers until I manage to pick up my prescription & get it filled.
I managed to fall asleep with the help of a cheesy guided sleep meditation.
This morning, instead of my usual sitting meditation, I did a short guided breath awareness meditation by a Buddhist teacher that I like a lot on the Insight Timer. It was helpful to have a voice as an anchor for my drifting attention when my head feels like goo.
