I am a #writer, so I write stuff. #Screenplays for #film and #tv, mostly. Three #series with the "created by" credit to my account, a few films with the "written by" one. I also wrote one produced (and two yet to be produced) #theater #play, a bunch of #shortstories, a #novel that is quite likely to see the light of day in 2023 and another one I should be working on right not, instead of doing this. I also teach #screenwriting and #creativewriting. Hell, how boring this bio is. Sorry

@greg amazing idea. And you agonize for a while before that, why not launch a teasing campaign? Daily sponsored memes from your hospital bed: the bid day is coming!
Funerals are expensive. I'm considering selling ad space on my coffin to help offset the cost for my family. Hopefully, when I go, it'll be open-casket. That way the mortician can set me up with a sign that says "Don't cry for me, I'm in Heaven now - they have Pepsi here!" Worth a lot of money I imagine
My favorite thing about the Fediverse is that I get to be a fan of normal people.
I endorse feeding the Titanic the obscenely wealthy.

If I did that, after all these years my murder count would make Ted Bundy look harmless
I'm really #scared by the possibility that one day there will be no enough amount of #caffeine to start me up for the day. I'm really scared that maybe that day has come, that the day of not enough #coffee might be today

Whenever someone tells you that the climate crisis is a personal responsibility issue, show them this:

https://www.theguardian.com/sustainable-business/2017/jul/10/100-fossil-fuel-companies-investors-responsible-71-global-emissions-cdp-study-climate-change

The climate crisis is a billionaires crisis, a trillion-dollar corporations crisis, a capitalism crisis, a systemic inequality crisis.

Just 100 companies responsible for 71% of global emissions, study says

A relatively small number of fossil fuel producers and their investors could hold the key to tackling climate change

The writers aren't endangering productions; the studios are by not paying the writers. Pay the writers.
