Die Bezeichnung "digital natives", die oft mit einer allumfassenden #Medienkompetenz gleichgesetzt wurde, war stets irreführend, da sie Anwendungskompetenz nicht von inhaltlichem Wissen trennte. Die Tatsache, dass Fördermittel in den letzten Jahren nur für Technik ausgeschüttet wurden, nicht für Methodik & Didaktik, Fort- & Weiterbildung, trägt ihr Übriges dazu bei. Nun bleibt nur die Hoffnung, dass die Gesellschaft dazulernt und bald alles besser wird...

"Analoge Prozesse abbauen" ist was ganz anderes als "Digitale Prozesse aufbauen".

Wenn ich analoge Wege abbaue, kann ich danach immer behaupten, mein Digitalzeug sei ein Erfolg: Er wird ja massiv genutzt. Ob er besser ist als der analoge spielt dabei keine Rolle. Und zu oft werden in solchen Kontexten Menschen nicht mitgedacht, die nicht so einfach Zugang zu digitalen Infrastrukturen oder die Kompetenzen, diese zu nutzen, haben. Typisches Wissing Ding.

Reading all these articles about the high traffic from AI bots, here is my experience from a small German hoster: It's a huge problem, and it is getting worse very fast. There are bots like claudebot from Antrophic which are so aggressive that they block whole systems, outranking actual attacks for example against WordPress. And they change their AWS cloud IPs so often that blocking doesn't help for long and they also ignore robots.txt. Our on-call is regularly alerted for such issues.
