Colorado Passes First Tractor Right to Repair Law — Food & Power

Colorado will be the first state to require farm equipment makers to share or sell all the tools, manuals, and software that farmers need to fix their tractors and combines. 16 other states have introduced similar bills.

Then when Democrats take the reins, Republicans blame them for being spendthrifts.

Patent Law: An Open-Access Casebook

@BarrenPlanet I find the search user feature to be bad. Maybe I need to try it more on the desktop than the phone application. But I keep searching for people I know on on Mastodon, and they aren’t showing up.
Perhaps the most frustrating aspect of Mastodon is finding specific accounts. It is very clunky.
Is anyone keeping track of the major journalists and news outlets formally leaving Twitter? I feel that such a list would be really valuable.

In Commonweal Magazine, I examine the recent enforcement actions by the Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission, which, as Congress intended, use the antitrust laws to protect labor and police dominant corporations and also form the groundwork for more comprehensive labor reforms.
