@Nonilex A while back I read a book on the Battle of Midway. I was amazed at how many hard turns the Japanese carriers had to make. The idea being that the defending carriers needed to present the smallest cross section as a target to incoming fire. Thus many abrupt turns adapting repeatedly to enemy attacks. It’s a desperate maneuver. Which begs the question — how in hell did the Houthis manage to seriously threaten an American aircraft carrier?
