Yesterday I went to martial art class. To get fit and sharpen my senses and overall self-awareness. I had a great time. I also noticed nobody was on their phones the entire time ! 👍

Teaching kids basic social skills. Some teens aren't comfortable approaching and having conversation with other people of similar age.
Technology is great. No doubt. But are we using it as a tool or is it making us a tool ?

If #teens would spend less time on Reddit and Instagram and spend more time with their #parents overtime it would create greater bond and trust between each other. Teens wouldn't feel the need to ask teenagers on the other side of the globe (strangers) questions parents should have been asked.
I'm getting the impression that teens don't trust their parents like they used to.
People call it social media but does it really make us more social ? Does it bring us closer as a family ?
