Luckily Sentry has this symbolicator service that you can hook up to and send over a stack trace and a debug id, set up some sources, and it'll do most of the heavy lifting which is nice 🙌
After losing it with Sentry after it failing to run for more than 24h on my home server, I have now deployed my own error tracking service, built with Ruby on Rails, on my homelab and it's recieving production errors, complete with symbolication from the dSYM files off iOS 🎉
Need lots of styling and more things, but for now I at least have something I hopefully won't have to restart every day 🙌

Swedish parliament is trying to pass a bill where Signal and other e2e encrypted services are forced to provide backdoors for law enforcement.
One of these organizations knows what it's doing.
@schromp yeah, I had that as well. This was more that the files being backed up was corrupt to begin with 🙈

Bad news: my backup script of the Postgres containers weren't working, and I rebooted the machine and not all containers stopped gracefully, and now I lost tons of my web analytics for the past year. I can probably restore it, but not sure if it's worth the effort 😅
Good news: I have now fixed them so hopefully this doesn't happen again in the future. 🎉

It took some work but got my Nvidia GPU working on with #immich on #NixOS. Also moved my documents from #icloud to @nextcloud. Now I just gotta clear out the iCloud account. I should probably test my backups first 🙈
