Each time he has been in the majority of a 5:4 decision, that decision is now suspect for corruption, and stare decisis no longer applies. Clarence Thomas has handed the left an open invitation to challenge every conservative 5:4 decision for the past 30 years. The list is nearly endless. Just look at all of the Kennedy swing votes to the right.

I did. During which I kept thinking of this piece published in the Washington Post in 2012 by Norm Ornstein and Tom Mann.
It's difficult to describe how utterly establishment Mann and Ornstein were at the time. One was at Brookings, the other at American Enterprise Institute.
They saw what was happening: The GOP's attack on all institutions. The press didn't want to know. Now it does.

One of those is “Hive Social”, which reached more than a million users in the last weeks. Of course, we were interested and took a look at Hive from a security standpoint. We found a number of critical vulnerabilities, which we confidentially reported to the company. After multiple attempts to contact the company we finally reached them by phone and they acknowledged the report. After multiple days and multiple reminders by us, they claimed to fix them within the next two days. However after those two days, multiple vulnerabilities we reported were not fixed and still existed at the time of writing. ⚠️ We strongly advise against using Hive in any form in the current state.
