The "Humanitarian Aid Fund for Gaza" (#GHF), responsible for implementing the plan, has opaque funding and backers, raising concerns of global meddling through capital and secret organizations, reminiscent of antisemitic conspiracy theories. The company's CEO resigned a day before implementation, citing its inability to adhere to humanitarian principles.
