@LGmedia @lolennui yeah, Marx wrote about that over a century ago. Henry Ford, despite still being an asshole, believed that so he tried to pay his workers better. All of the neoliberal policies have just wrecked the working class. There are more rich people than before, but also more poor people, and less middle class. It's not a stable situation, not to mention whether or not we strengthen democracy or fall into authoritatianism.

@jonstaebell indeed, but the country is 350 million people big. It's better for your happiness to limit the news and focus on what is within your control. I know it's terrible, but us as individuals, are entire effort or lack of effort does little to effect the entire country.
