Some folks at #FOSDEM tried to buy the makeshift hats one of our team members brought, so I arranged for this prototype of an official hat to be made. It's a fisherman beanie with our logo embroidered. I'm trying to gauge interest here. Is this something you'd buy? (Poll in follow-up post)

confirmation photos of new MNT RCORE PCBA batch came in, so that's closer to shipping
experimental glass panel with bonded display for mnt pocket reform. pretty fancy, but tested for you: putting screws in glass is not the best idea (cracks very quickly under tension)

2026: my Year of the Linux Desktop? Using #Fedora on my #Framework 13 laptop after trying the live OS for a while. Genuinely impressed with how well everything works out of the box, and how more user friendly the #Gnome desktop environment is compared to Windows in its current state.

Made some simple changes to have a task bar instead of top panel, and keyboard shortcuts I'm used to – all easily done without any terminal commands 👌🏼
