#3GoodThings for today
1. Decided to return to the 3 Good Things project as a way of practicing gratitude in my life
2. It was a bright and sunny day today, with clear blue skies
3. Husband made cheese and tomato toasties for dinner. We usually eat much healthier but this is a light, veggie meal that brightens up gluten-free bread
Bonus photo: my dearly departed pup Josey for #MonDog. I miss her so much, even after 9 years. She was a gentle giant who peaked at 40kg (she was a Boxer x Boerboel)
1. A friend made a silly comment in a group chat, and I wrote a quick short story inspired by it!
2. Had a very nourishing dinner.
3. Some of my dahlias have come up lovely this year!

Three good things:
1. Spaghetti leftovers.
2. Louis Jadot Beaujolais Villages wine.
3. Quiet time after supper for playing Sudoku.
I'm keeping up with my PT and weights. Not impressive, but I'm working 'stick with it for the longer term', not 'see my thunder'.
Also working on healing my reading for pleasure, which got busted some years back and which I've struggled with since. Was thrilled to realize this a.m. that I resented the intrusion of responsibilities on my reading time. Haven't had that feeling in years. I'm so chuffed it's back! 😃
Feeding Mom again. She missed my cooking! Isn't that nice? 🥰
#3GoodThings #ThreeGoodThings #ReasonsToBeCheerful
1. I stocked the fridge with some of our favorite summer fruits: sweet cherries, blueberries and strawberries
2. The most beautiful summer weather we’ve ever experienced will continue into August.
3. I had a meaningful conversation with a good friend of 33 years.
Three good things for today: 7/28/2025
1. Picked up 4 lb of Rainier cherries.
2. Figured out and resolved (I think) my computer issue.
3. Got gas for the lawn mower.
• The expectant stillness of late dusk
• Arranging a fun note or treasure at the end of a housesitting gig
• Doing something nice for a dog and receiving a little lick of gratitude
#3GoodThings #ThreeGoodThings for Monday
1. Good learning on Pennsylvania genealogy research
2. Which led to an amzing discovery
3. And with the last session running late, hubby ate some leftovers and saved me from cooking dinner.
They were there. I was there. I had a camera.
So, goats. #Photography #Goats
