Say⦠I could expense this trip as research on reeling in clients!
There is either a gun fight a few doors down or one of the idiot neighbors is setting off fire crackers. π§¨

Three good things today:
Recovery from surgery is going well, and overall I have low pain.
A cool, windy and rainy night made for cozy snuggles, and feelings of contentment.
Started up my alt account properly, and am enjoying embracing myself, my body and my sexuality fully.
1. It was rainy off and on all day. We need the rain.
2. I had a nice, if chilly, outdoor lunch with friends yesterday.
3. My husband is alive. He had a dangerously low hypoglycemic event last evening (low 20's when the paramedics tested his blood sugar). He was taken to the hospital emergency room, but I was able to bring him home around 2:30 AM, and he's been doing OK today.
1) I lost my one lone guitar cable. I'm sure I had it in February when the FAWM nerds convened but it's gone. HOWEVER...I found two of my old ones in my garage that had been packed away.
<insert Wayne and Garth air guitar gif>
2) Yesterday I stayed home from work but the BizPartner is incapable of having me gone. He texted several times and even called once for stupid shit his dumb ass could have figured out. I had to make some calls to a couple of state agencies and a client. HOWEVER!... I got done early enough I was able to lay out in my backyard to get some color on the underside of my arms that I've been told glow like moonbeams. Annnnd... I got a cute new yellow bikini that was only 20 bucks! Sorry. No yellow bikini tax available. Still need to wash it. Maybe tomorrow.
3) This is a big one. According to the smart scale I have, I've lost a whopping six pounds in two and a half months of being on a glp-1. π
I think if I tried hard enough I could crap that much out in a weekend.
HOWEVER!!!... also according to my smart scale, my visceral fat level is in the normal range!!! Just barely but it's there. Yay! Fatty liver be gone!
