Our Innovation Tour is brought to you by the Healthcare and FitTech Experts of Startup Colors, the startup behind Vision Health Pioneers Incubator, as well as FitTech Club also know for their FitTech Summit.
In just 5 days you will have to unique change to emerge into the healthcare innovation ecosystem in two of the USAs biggest healthcare hubs: Houston & Austin. To provide you a try inspiring journey, the tour will embrace the first weekend of SXSW.
What to expect?
You will benefit from a fully currated event based on your business needs. You will meet pre-selected startups and innovators from hospitals and tech companies. We will initiate conversations with potential business partners and give you access to our network in the USA that we have build in the past 5 years as Advisors to the SXSW Pitch and collaborateurs with local health tech professionals. We are currently working on our agenda that will be customized on the specific focus areas of our tour partners and guests. In this Info Session we are going to share more insights!
Houston Calling!
We will start in Houston - most German Airports have direct flights. You can explore the largest medical center in the world. The Med Center's 21 hospitals offer a total of 9,200 patient beds for the more than 10 million patients who visit each year. Houston is also home of TMCi - the Texas Medical Center for Innovation - that is supporting innovation and entrepreneurship internationally. More than 221 companies have been accelerated. Focus sectors are cancer and biotech. In 1,5 intense days we meet HCP and innovators.
Finish off with Austin!
Before we dive into SXSW, we will arrange business meetings and networking with the Austin healthcare community. Texas is the leading biotech state in the U.S. with more than 5,000 life science companies, 20 unicorns and close to 4,000 startups in Austin alone! Starting from Friday, March 10, we will help you to navigate throughout SXSW. Expect 3,520 speakers,1,446 conference sessions, 10 keynotes, 518 panels, 128 featured sessions, 68 meetups, 40 workshops, 9 pitching events,1,504 music artists, 583 films and countless interactive formats...

In case you can't stay 5 nights or only want to join us in Austin, please choose our 'Backpacker' Package. If you prefer to stay on your own, please also let us know. We will reduce the price accordingly.
Accommodation & Service
In Austin we will arrange 4*Hotel Accomodation for you. In Austin we will live in our own tour house. The villa will have up to 10 rooms. You can choose a single or a double room in case you want to partner up with a colleague. We are happy to send more information on our Austin cribb to all interested participants!
Costs and Packages to choose from
Our packages range form 3,000 to 8,000 Euro. Early birds that book until Dec 31, 2022, will receive a 10% discount. Members from our partner organisations, e.g. FitTech Club, can also benefit from further discounts. Please check out the descriptions of the ticket.
