HPR4636::7 seconds memory

Hacker Public Radio is a podcast that releases shows every weekday Monday through Friday. Our shows are produced by the community (you) and can be on any topic that is of interest to hackers and hobbyists.

#CastLab supports #FCast because it is an open source casting protocol, built as an alternative to Chromecast and AirPlay. You install the receiver app on a TV or computer (Android TV, Linux, Windows, macOS) and cast to it from CastLab.
Unlike DLNA, which depends on your TV, FCast can be installed on any supported device. Both are open and complement each other well.

Remember when we used to dial into the internet, and the machines would scream at us?

That was a warning right?

@mboelen @nluug

More importantly share with us the "OMG I just hacked/got working/found out/contacted/made/broke/etc foo and no one in my house get it !" moments.

Yesterday at the @nluug I learned about podcasts provided by @hpr that covers topics for "hackers".

So check out to see if there is anything useful in there for you.

Oh man, I want a #PloopyBean now! This thing is too cool, not just for your #ThinkPad, but for anything that it has a USB port which would benefit from it. #TrackPoint #Ploopy
