Spent a wonderful evening with my dad at his house, where we enjoyed those empanadas as well as a "pastel de sandwich miga" that had a football-and-grill theme on the top and a delicious fruit salad with chamois and tajin for dessert. My was also very happy with his gift. My gift? Just spending time with him was the best gift he could give me (and I'm sure it's reciprocal). ​
