I don’t know what it needs now! I have been trying and trying and now I’m tired.
I need my backed up chats, it’s 8GB of data. It is essential for my work.
I can’t think of anything to do other than restart WhatsApp and loose all that data but I can’t bring myself to do that.

I have been without #whatsapp for the last 18 hours. This is the sequence of events-
1- Face ID not working on iPhone 13 mini
2- read online suggestions to reset phone.
3- took all the required back ups and reset phone
4- automatically retrieve data from iCloud and restore phone to its original form
5- Face ID still not working
6- reinstall WhatsApp
7- WhatsApp needs a password to decrypt the encrypted backup
8- I DONT REMEMBER THE PASSWORD!
9- I DONT HAVE THE ENCRYPTION KEY

Just finished watching From Scratch on @netflix and it has left me with a feeling. I couldn’t stop crying for the last 2 episodes and I do feel there need to be trigger warnings for it. But this is one of the best series that I’ve seen from #netflix recently.
