Drinking 2 liters of water a day and cutting out alcohol has been amazing. I'm experiencing a mental clarity I haven't seen in a long time. Here's to living a better life! #mentalhealth

Since I left #Facebook and #Twitter, I'm much much happier. I spent time today installing new software and reading up on the discrete element method in preparation for my new #NSF project.
