ADVICE WANTED

I’ve got a friend who gets debilitating headaches when there’s a significant pressure change.

Given minimal tech skills, what’s a good way to set them up with alerts so they can realize why they feel like crap and maybe get ahead of the pain? Bonus points for being able to also alert on forecasted pressure changes.

sometimes I think about how Odin doesn’t know that he’s a Dutch dog or that his daddy is a Dutch human but I’m not and I came here from the other side of the world and that I cry because of bad people very, very far away from anything he’s ever experienced

I hope he goes his whole life without finding out about bad people.
