In December, I joined the celebration of 50 years of Ciclovía in Bogotá, #Colombia

Three astonishing aspects caught my attention:
The staggering efficiency of spending just $2 million/year to host the event over 60 times a years.
At the night Ciclovía, police were present with a music car encouraging people to register their bikes in case they're
stolen. Quite the friendly community outreach.
