Icons for 10 PID Use Cases

Within the DFG-funded PID Network Deutschland project, a set of icons was designed to create a consistent visual language for representing different research entities – such as datasets, publications, researchers, and institutions – thereby improving data discoverability, facilitating visual analysis, and promoting a more unified understanding of research information. This ZIP-file contains ten icons for the following use cases of persistent identifiers (PIDs): Research data Instruments Cultural objects Organisations & projects Persons Physical objects Publication services & CRIS Software Text prublications Academic events The icons are in four different colors and sizes: Black 30*25 mm White 30*25 mm Black 20*16 mm White 20*16 mm The image format is PND with transparent background.   Additonally the icons are provided in SVG format, both in black and white.
