Tonight I learned it's possible to add too much cheese all at once to a sauce and produce a couple of gloppy messes. That said, this was pretty good, overall. I only added 2 large garlic cloves, not 6 as per the recipe. I only had low sodium chicken broth, not veg broth. It worked. I was happy to find a good shrimp supply from a grocer I hope to use in future. Not low calorie or low fat but it's Saturday, lols. Because they are designed to be autoclaved, you can toss them right inch the dishwasher. They're only a few dollars, so you can replace them as needed.
