The answer is not “have you tried wearing noise canceling headphones”.
The answer is “don’t let extroverts decide on office policy and design”.

Thom, W8TAM, has created a mod for the Kenwood TK-x90 radios to use Anderson Powerpole connectors directly for the power connection.

Download this free 3D print file designed by de_w8tam. I made this panel to replace the Kenwood factory power cord connector with a more common connector, Anderson Powerpole. There is a 1.75mm hole to retain the powerpole connector. A scrap of filament or any similarly sized object could be used to retain the connector. I used a pair of pliers to pull the multi-pin connector through until it clicks into place. I printed this in PETG, but I may print more of them in ASA, or maybe even ASA-CF. Let me know what you choose.
We now have TNC cables designed for the Yaesu FTM mobile radios. We also have a MiniDIN-6 adapter (CT-164 equivalent) and a MiniDIN-10 bare cable (CT-167 equivalent).
