Tarragon. I’ve grown a heap of it in the herb garden this year, but never quite sure how/when to use it. I hate to see it go to waste, so I’m going to dry some for storage. Help with your favourite recipe using tarragon would be appreciated.

One of the many murals on the Silo Art Trail. This one is at Sheep Hills in Western Victoria. The mural is of a Wergaia elder named Uncle Ron Marks and Wotjobaluk elder Aunty Regina Hood and two young children.
The mural was painted by Melbourne artist Adnate. The colours, the detail and size of this mural is stunning.
