Before you can cook, food for Passover can seem rather one dimensional. But once you learn?: Here is a flourless Orange/Cardamom chocolate torte. We have not cut into it yet, but it smells delicious.
We're making lamb chops tonight. I've pulled out a 2011 Kelley Fox Mirabai Pinot. The wine is still fruit driven, though the fruit is more dried. Almost a raspberry fruit leather, violets, leather and a bit of new oak in the background. Still vibrant and only 12.5%.
