Found a fun tutorial that takes a different approach to rust and corrosion recently, really saturating them for a hyperreal look.

I think it's interesting to try techniques like this, making minis readable on the table is most of the challenge of painting them.

My Gue'vesa Veteran squad for my Tau-aligned Imperial Guard force. I run these as having Plasma Guns as an elite response force. I like the idea of increasing the amount of Tau tech on my troopers as they rise in the ranks.

My Gue'vesa Special Weapon Squad, back when the Guard had those. My army is themed as Tau Auxiliaries so I got creative with the Demolition Charges.

The fatality rate was so high, hence the bandages, but they always made an entrance when I needed them to.
