Morning all. Who would love a trip to this beach? It was once used to promote tourism in Thailand, in error. It’s actually one of many superb beaches in #OuterHebrides in #Scotland

It is important to be in the moment, but also to be aware of what “the moment” is: “There are 3 layers to a moment: Your experience, your awareness of the experience, & your story about the experience. Be mindful of the story.” @corymuscara

Lucky to be able to enjoy two fabulous performances recently. Firstly #LivingFilm #Ishiguro with #BillNighy - heartbreaking and heart lifting in equal parts. Secondly #MatthewBourne #SleepingBeauty completely breathtaking choreography and storytelling with the added bonus of a puppet baby!

Firstly, I'd just like to say thank you to all the people who have liked, boosted and commented on my images, and to all the new followers I have. It's rather humbling. 😊

Today's shot comes from a magical day in the Scottish #Highlands, a few years ago, when I was photographing red squirrels.

These charming characters are incredibly agile and can jump great distances between trees.

Here I managed to capture one as it appears to be flying down my lens.

After having to leave medicine 5 years ago I now, finally, find myself nearing the end of a whole pile of medical and surgical interventions. My first big step is addressing the impact of my experience and accepting the physical limitations I am left with, the next step is then exploring what to do next? I’m inclined towards returning to learning but I’m not sure where to start and I would appreciate any pointers on #OpenUniversity #DistanceLearning #TeachingAnOldDogNewTricks

One dogged coroner, four needless deaths and a stark conclusion: the NHS is broken

An official has chronicled appalling ambulance delays, overflowing wards and deadly waits for treatment. And he says it’s just the tip of the iceberg

Hello, let me introduce myself. I live and work in #london but am from that gem of city #liverpool I’m the youngest of seven siblings which probably explains why I chose a profession which involves a lot of talking. I’m a Journalist and Broadcaster, do a bit of writing but definitely on this app to read the work of others. Books and pods on politics, history, theology. I love three things on this earth: family, friends and swimming (except the butterfly stroke which is just silly). 😊
