Ladies and gentlemen,
surely we all understand that in today’s world, national defense is absolutely essential (thanks #Ukraine coflict 😥). On one side, Russia constantly attempts to spark a third world war; on another, we have #DonaldTrump’s personal interests; then there’s North Korea ramping up nuclear readiness; and let’s not forget the Chinese totalitarian regime quietly seeking to occupy the South China Sea, Africa, and central Asia.
In the midst of all this chaos and danger, the Czech Republic—right here in the heart of Europe—logically aims to bolster its defense capabilities. We need a strong and unified Europe more than ever before.

Why Am I Telling You This Now?
Another clear sign that our once-reliable partner can’t be trusted: we were supposed to receive 20 helicopters in the Czech Republic, but about 8 are simply “missing.” Not only that, but the remaining portion will supposedly arrive around 2027/2028. Attention, please: these are not new helicopters but used ones, which likely means they’ll come even later than the newly ordered ones.
How hard can it be to deliver an old helicopter? Apparently so hard that it’ll take up to 3 years! If that’s not a deliberate way to subtly yet steadily weaken Europe, then I don’t know what is. Not even half of the agreed-upon equipment! 🤬

This is precisely why we need to #BoycotUSA and why we should strengthen alliances with reliable partners like #Canada. It’s also a prime example of why federalizing the #EU might be a viable path to #MakeEuropeGreatAgain. Because if you can’t rely on a supposed ally to honor a straightforward contract, it raises serious doubts about their intentions and long-term commitment.

We’re at a crossroads: #Europe stands amidst multiple global threats—#Russia, North Korea, China, and the unpredictable personal ambitions of #Trump. In response, we must ensure that our defense is robust, and our partnerships are with those who genuinely share our values and security goals.
Any thoughts?
Dear Canadians,

As a Europe politician, I sincerely apologize for not taking an interest in your affairs sooner. I’d now like to better understand how your recent election unfolded, what your political outlook is, and how it all affects relations with the #USA and us in the #EU. I admit that whenever a candidate secures over 80% of the vote, it prompts some scepticism on my part. How do you yourselves perceive #Politics? And what about your political future?

I’m also curious about how this situation plays into international relations, particularly with #Trump’s administration, as well as with #DonaldTrump’s broader approach to foreign policy. Your insights will help me grasp what’s truly happening in #Canada and whether there are reasons for concern or hope.

Please share your perspectives, impressions, and experiences. I believe Canada is a key partner for #Europe, and I’d like to understand your political and social context more fully. Only in this way can we together uphold the democratic principles and freedoms we hold so dear.

Thank you in advance for your time and willingness to share information. I look forward to any comments or observations that will help me better appreciate your view of the current situation.

China’s recent “Two Sessions,” as reported by CNN #News outlets, highlight President Xi Jinping’s determination to solidify the nation’s economic and political standing in a deepening standoff with the #USA. From a Christian-Democrat viewpoint, one might acknowledge Xi’s pursuit of prosperity, yet it remains overshadowed by #HumanRights concerns and authoritarian governance—traits rooted in past conflicts, including war with Japan, and reinforced by a controversial expansionist policy in Africa.

Amid rising tensions, Xi’s leadership doubles down on strategic industries, emphasizing self-reliance to counter sanctions from #Trump ’s unpredictable administration. However, the problem isn’t just China. Washington’s volatile trade measures and “America First” stance can seem dismissive of global partnerships. These frictions pose real threats to #Democracy worldwide, especially if they escalate into a prolonged economic or even political clash.

For #Europe, the question is whether to stay entangled in these dueling power plays or seek a more autonomous path—perhaps pushing for a stronger, more unified #EU. Some argue for deeper integration or even federalization to protect shared values. Critics worry that severing ties with the #US might harm collective security and #Economics. Yet continuing to rely on an erratic ally, while China flexes its muscles, also feels risky.

Ultimately, this is about more than daily headlines in the #Press. It’s a moral crossroads: supporting or confronting two major powers whose actions increasingly disregard the dignity of individuals. As people of faith in #Politics, we must weigh the benefits of global cooperation against the dangers of aligning with leaders who undermine freedoms. Perhaps the real question is whether Europe can champion a just order—one that refuses to accept authoritarian might, yet avoids reckless isolation from a critical partner.
@fenixmaster As a Christian Democrat, I cannot but agree. But even that should not discourage us from our faith.
In the age of the internet, we are fortunate to be able to educate ourselves independently. What's worse is that in the age when we need it, few realize it.
@fenixmaster I hope not. It's not a circuit I want to be in contact with 😅
According to recent reports, Italy proposes extending Article 5 #NATO coverage to #Ukraine, effectively guaranteeing allied defense if the nation is attacked. This bold initiative could transform the continent’s security framework and significantly influence #EuropeanSecurity. Observers predict it may escalate tensions with opposing powers, yet it also highlights the evolving role of #Diplomacy. Ultimately, #InternationalPolitics hinges on how allies balance deterrence and collaboration.

#DumpTrump proposes to abolish the Ministry of Education!
This bold move forces us to reconsider what #education truly represents. Educational institutions aren’t merely bureaucratic structures—they are the pillars upon which our #future is built! As #ChestertonsFence teaches us, we shouldn’t dismantle what we haven’t fully understood; our #traditions hold lessons about our origins and the path ahead.

Modern progress must be rooted in the solid foundations of our past. What do you think?

@mullvadnet Here's a question: with the #boycottusa movement raging, will you be creating your own browser for Android (or @e_mydata) devices?
