In the 80’s the cost of military spending ( mainly to respond to the us Strategic Defense Initiative nicknamed Star Wars project ) collapsed the economy of the Soviet Union and increase the corruption in the SU

We are going to see the same here :
- waste of money
- money going to few friends for Potemkin projects ( nothing behind the project )
- corruption of politicians ( nothing new )
- corruption in the military ( it already started)

Bonds markets are a more important indicator than stock markets.

investors purchasing fewer government bonds signal less faith in the U.S. economy.
Interest rates will increase under these circumstances, which is not a good thing for the average amerikkkan.
