GrapheneOS will remain usable by anyone around the world without requiring personal information, identification or an account. GrapheneOS and our services will remain available internationally. If GrapheneOS devices can't be sold in a region due to their regulations, so be it.
Obligatory.
posting “I’m taking a break from social media” on social media and then checking how many likes it gets is a very specific kind of modern illness

A desalination plant supplying drinking water to 30 villages.

A flour and starch factory.

Oil depots blanketing Tehran in thick black smoke and contaminated rain.

65 schools. 13 hospitals.

Centuries-old heritage sites.

These are the latest targets in the illegal US-Israeli assault on Iran. These are not military bases, they are the civilian infrastructure that keeps ordinary people alive. More than 1,300 people have already been killed since the attacks began, and nearly 6,700 civilian sites have reportedly been struck.

This war has nothing to do with democracy — or even nuclear weapons. Canada must have no part in it and Prime Minister Carney must use every ounce of his influence to put a stop to it.

At least these couldn’t be hacked from half a world away!
@gamingonlinux "plays xbox and steam games" xbox games? what games, they all pretty much suck and they've been shutting down or enshittifying their own studios, microslop is dead to me, has been for almost 2 years now, I will not allow anything microsoft related into my life ever again, Same goes for Sony. I just hope that Gabe stays pro consumer for the most part, I am also extremely thankful to Linux devs and the communtity. PC's running Bazzite or Steam machine only for this guy.
@nixCraft it would be wise for Motorola to ship the phone they release with Graphene OS preinstalled. A larger portion of the market that does not have the tech smarts to install it could possibly become interested in it making the device , Graphine and privacy more of a success... and maybe an important standard some day instead of us being data banks for data brokers whilst companies sell us out after we give them $1500 for a phone. . I know, wishful thinking.
@gamingonlinux Nice, I especially like that they will be making improvements for steering wheels in the future, my sim rig works pretty good curently but there's still room for improvement on "trueforce" force feedback for direct drive wheels. The oversteer flat pak doesn't really do much for my Logitech pro wheel but im confident Bazzite will deliver... they have thus far for all my gaming needs in all three of my various machines and hardware setups.
@gamingonlinux isn't it amazing that a group of muppets that can barely navigate a smartphone or in some cases can't even figure out how to turn the alarm off on their car are making laws for tech🤦‍♂️
