@jake4480 Hadn't heard of this one. Thanks for the rec!
@grahamoflegend Hope all has been good! Congrats on the imminent launch!

Always take a moment to look around the map. Evaluate enemies, security devices, objective locations of course, but also keep an eye out for tucked-away lockers.

From extra medkits to rare crafting blueprints, the extra loot you find in these can sometimes be worth the risk of straying from your objectives.

I still secretly believe that someday someone will say "What's updog?" to the right person, and that person will reveal the true nature of updog and it will be a marvel beyond our conception
@DekaBlack The original Rogue has emus as enemies, which I find hilarious.

So it's now official. I'll be serving as the new organizer of IntroComp. https://introcomp.org/

If you're unfamiliar with #IntroComp it's a low-pressure contest where folks can submit interactive fiction story excerpts and get feedback on them. Stories that get completed within a year of the contest are eligible for prizes based on public voting.

If you've been looking for an excuse to learn how to write interactive fiction, this is it. Have questions? Need help? Please just ask me!

IntroComp

Home of IntroComp, an annual interactive fiction competition where participants develop excerpts of interactive fiction, gain feedback from audience reactions, and hopefully use this feedback to release a final product.

@setsideb Happy to see @Play returning. I've enjoyed reading previous ones, and found Set Side B as a result.
