After a bunch more evenings (stopped counting) I think I have a beta version of the Clicker for presentations app. However, I'd like some beta testers since it seems to me Multipeer is a little unstable at times. Anybody interested in testing my #SwiftUI #IndieDev #app? Will send out a beta public link soon, but if you know you want to test, just DM me :)
Decided to find intential apps that would break me out of Outlook and OneNote, and provide more value, and holy moly has it worked out for me.

Spark Mail - have used on mobile forever. Finally decided to make it my exclusive mail client for desktop too.

Things 3 - changed everything for me. Wow. It’s really improved my day so much compared to what I used before.

Bear Note App - Love how quick it is to use. Excellent replacement for how I used to use OneNote.

Good-bye Apple Car. Maybe we'll see you in a couple more decades. I understood why Apple wanted to hit that market, but I agree that their Car Play v2.0 might be enough for the short term, meanwhile they learn more about the industry.

@quadra700 it feels so intimate, doesn’t it. 😅
@arstechnica VPN is so essential these days. Goodness gracious this is atrocious.
As a leader in my organization, the best thing I can do is build a team that is transparent, shares knowledge and is happy to help each other problem solve.

Having given several semiannual performance reviews this last week, I received overwhelming positive feedback related to this exact thing.

- Great worklife balance
- Always growing skillset
- Community-like team

@JonBaker ha! My city has an annual corn maze which is in the shape of a large animal from the birds eye view. The game is to find the 20 or so log books and use the punchcard provided to document your journey.

At the end, you enter a raffle with a completed punch card. It’s a lot of fun.
@schwa They’re a massive R&D shop. I like so many of their products, but it’s difficult to support when everything outside of Gmail, Search, and YouTube get discontinued quickly.

It’s just a bad reputation they’ve built up.
@ericewing The AVP isn’t out yet, so I really can’t say how safe the bet is, but this is the setup I’m running with too.

I ordered a new 15” Air, with full intent to maximize my productivity with the AVP.

(I personally don’t need the pro, my day is full of calls, IM, Email, and administrative work.
