The lengths I will go to not use PowerPoint. 🤣
I built out the structure of the presentation in Keynote, but updating animations isn’t automatic…so here’s my @vuo composition that loads all of the videos in a directory and steps through them in order, with features for looping and auto-advance based on file name.
Good grief, I’ve been keeping busy this autumn and haven’t gotten around to posting some of the cool projects I've been working on the past few months. Lots of exploration, which is always great!
But now I’m busy prepping for #BCON24, and I daresay, it's a little difficult to contain my excitement over being able to attend again. And this year @6HO3T and I will be sharing what we've been doing in the motion graphics space this year. Look for us in the schedule; Making Better Motion Branding. 😄
It’s not just porting our older add-ons like VF Autosave Render & Output Variables to #Blender 4.2 #extensions though; new features are also being added!
New to Render Kit this week; a UI panel for super easy baking of material node values to images with UV alpha. All of the standard output variables are available for file path and naming, plus `{socket}` and automatic serialisation to prevent overwriting existing files. I love it! 😄 #B3D #Blender3D
The majority of our older Vectorform (now Launch) tools were ported to Blender 4.2 by release day, and while not fully tested or documented yet, we're using them in production…may as well share, right?
As part of updating 2.8-4.1 add-ons to 4.2+ extensions, over a dozen tools have been streamlined into just 4 kits that can be installed and updated in Blender from a single GitHub repository!
