My TWSBI Vac 700R fell victim to the resin cracks that TWSBI pens are known for. The pen is just barely two years old, and has always been in a case when not in active use. I'll let y'all know if their customer service is as good as I've heard!

My new Dalvey Half Hunter Pocket Watch in Cerulean Blue. It has a 17-crystal Sea-Gull movement, and after doing some digging I think it is the ST3600K. It seems to lose about a minute a day, but watching it is mesmerizing, and it adds a lovely amount of heft to a waistcoat pocket.

I've been carrying a Relic Folio with quartz movement for more than thirty years, but the numbers have started coming off of the dial. I figured it was time for a new one, and this is a gorgeous device!

New #fountainpen and #fountainpenink day! This Nahvalur Nautilus in Chelonia Green is my first Ebonite pen, and I can see why everyone speaks so highly of the material. I inked it up with Wearingeul "The Plague", which I've tried on a few different papers, but I've yet to see any sheen. Still a lovely writing experience!

Hello my fellow #fountainpen folks! I was hoping to get some advice on how to get staining out of the section of one of my pens. I have a lovely Nahvalur Original Plus Matira Quartz that has primarily been inked with reds and purples since I got it about a year ago. As you can see from the picture, the section has taken on a definite purplish hue.

If there isn't anything I can do to clean it, I'll be more than happy to continue using it as a rose quartz pen. It's still a lovely pen, I'm more curious than anything else.

I finally got around to picking up a Majohn A2, and it has been a phenomenal writing experience! For an extra fine nib, it is wet and smooth, just the slightest bit of feedback from the paper. While the action of the push button has a noticeable hitch in it, it is still a very satisfying frob to play with. The size is perfect for the weight, and the clip doesn't get in the way of the way that I hold it. The only thing that sucks about it is that now I want one in black that I can fill with Platinum Carbon Black and a dark blue one to fill with Diamine Midnight.

NPD/NID! Nahvalur Original Plus in Matira Quartz with a Medium Steel nib, and inked up with Diamine Frosted Orchid. Absolutely stunning combination! Bonus definition of the word `chatoyant`.

Took a walk through McDowell Grove Forest Preserve this weekend. Absolutely gorgeous way to spend the day with my spouse!
I finally completed my collection of all six colorways of the Asvine V126 #fountainpen. All of them have Asvine medium nibs, and I've been delighted with how well all of them feel in the hand and lay down ink. I'm also mighty happy with the inks that I've paired them with, although the shimmer in the Heart of Gold means that I need to spend more time on maintenance than the others.

@penfount September 2023 State of the Collection of fountain pens and mechanical pencils. I think that this is going to be stable for a while. I'm really loving the mix of inks that I have, and I want to spend some time with all of these pens before I decide on which one to get next.

@penfount An update on the leaky FPR Indus. Kevin at #FountainPenRevolution is absolutely amazing to work with. He offered to replace the pen right away, so I ordered a Himalaya V1 ultraflex so that he wasn't stuck paying for the shipping. The new FPR stub nib is much better than the one that got replaced, but is still the wettest nib that I own. It lays down enough ink that it takes a full minute for it to dry enough to lose it's shininess. As long as I'm careful about smearing, it works well, though.

The grip sections on the FPRs are the perfect size for my fingers and writing style. The Himalaya V1 is a beautiful pen, and the ultraflex is a blast to play with. I am a happy camper!

Thank you @redbanjer and @paradoxmo for the help and suggestions!
