If you are looking to spend time with animals, even if you aren’t in a place to adopt, I cannot recommend Muttville in SF or Cat Town in Oakland enough.

The staff and volunteers are very kind and helpful and you are helping the animals with a bit of socialization while you get your snuggles in.

So… the cat distribution system seems to have gotten a bit confused. After losing Livvy, I planned to adopt a pair of 2 or 3 year old cats, whoever kind of reached out to me.

About a month ago l visited Muttville Senior Dog rescue, just to pet dogs with a couple friends.

Big room, lots of people, lots of couches, lots of old dogs.

This scruffy little guy starts howling at me, and I sit with him. He buries his head in my side, for 45 minutes. Who am I to say he’s wrong?

So, instead of two young cats, I have a 12 year old tiny dog named Bob.

Are there any older women that are gamers and are looking for new people to play with?

I'm 61 and have lost my gaming group for reasons that are not clear to me. I prefer playing with other women or queer folks.

I mostly play:

But I'm open to other games. I just can't play anything in first person due to nausea. I prefer cooperative games to competitive ones.

I play on #PS5, so I can play with other playstation folks or on cross-platform titles.

I'm in Pacific time zone, and am available most any time during the day, with an exception of 5-7 pm. I usually get to bed around 10 pm.

Well now I'm sitting here staring at my new realisation that Vrede is Dutch for Peace and Vrede is Danish for Wrath and Fred is Danish for Peace. Depending on your accent and how tired you are and how much you mumble, Vrede and Fred sound the same. Vrede and Fred. Wrath and Peace.
