America is like an apartment complex. It's constantly being bought out by people you never heard of, the rules are always changing, no one can reach the management, and maintenance hasn't been seen in a while. But if you're late with rent, the cops will fuck you up and they'll make you homeless.

Can’t quite decide if I am going for actually waist deep/torso deep immersion tonight. Part of me says, yes, the rest of me is kinda like…. Ok well made it hip deep let’s wait this out a minute. Hmm… maybe stopping here.

Ok waist deep… breathing a bit hard… there we go, back to normal. I think this is it for me today just lounging waist deep. Walking back and forth. Soon will be time for real water aerobic and swim sessions, now is just reclamation

Something in the pre-op is dinging like a turn signal which leaves me with the strangest mental image of the hospital just tootling down the highway.

Also 4th surgery (quite minor) in the last 6 months, when do I get my frequent flier card, and what are the benefits?
