Another example of conservative exceptionalism: Conservative judges can issue nationwide injunctions preventing people from getting medical care on the off chance one of them *might* one day visit one of the doctors suing, but progressive judges can only affirm trans people's rights on a one by one basis.

So, while the court argues about & focuses on how to best limit the shadow docket so that only Republicans can benefit from it, kids are being denied best-practices medical care.
