Forscher:innen am TUD-Exzellenzcluster Physics of Life haben eine innovative Methode entwickelt, um die Zusammensetzung biologischer Kondensate zu entschlüsseln. Das sind kleine, membranlose Organellen, die in der Regel aus mehreren Proteinen & Nukleinsäuren innerhalb von Zellen bestehen. Obwohl sie an einer Vielzahl von Prozessen beteiligt sind, fehlen Methoden zur Quantifizierung ihrer molekularen Zusammensetzung.
