Little guy is always by my side. He waits to eat until I go downstairs and quits eating to follow me upstairs.

Happy February! And YAY it the first day of #Blackhistory Month!
The #Denver Public #library selected artist C.J.Fletcher, a Black designer based out of Denver since 2001.
The month will be full of great activities at various branches, including our annual Juanita Gray Community Service Award Ceremony where we honor local African American community leaders. This will take place on February 4th at 1:30 at the Ford—Warren Branch.

30 years ago a little known show premiered on a young Fox station in the same time slot as the hit show ‘Rosanne.’ It didn’t rock the world & didn’t even make it the whole season but it does live on in the memories of some of its diehard fans. The name of the show is the place of its brief existence: ‘Key West’. Fisher Stevens, Jennifer Tilly, & Denise Crosby were just a few of the faces you’ll recognize. Seamus, a writer, (Fisher Stevens) travels to Key West to be a writer like Hemingway…

This #dogofmastodon, Bagheera, has a phobia of iPhone text tones and alerts. I do what I can by keeping my phone on mute at home but that doesn’t protect him from TV shows. Poor guy dashes off to the living room safe from the send swoop. #dog #dogstodon

I’m up for keeping Mastadon social #today… so I thought I would share the big project I worked on this year. I didn’t think it was going to be a big project but I was so so wrong. I #crossstitch and made this quilt for my granddaughter- pictured is the whole thing and two closer pics and my son and gf showing it to the baby on Christmas Day.
