Just letting you know we are safe and sound
Even though we are inland and not rated for hurricanes, we fared pretty well.
Winds dislodged a lot of limbs but luckily no trees. We got water levels right up to the house ankle deep but not in the house and we didnt lose power
All in all we were very lucky

Their metabolism can be really high which means they need a lot of food
Or really low which means they have limited energy
You could limit their intelligence (7 year old child) or you can make them more primal and instinctual.
