“#Metadata is in the air, everywhere.”

61 metadata experts from the #NFDI consortia met on June 25-27 at @tibhannover Their goal was to prepare a NFDI recommendation on generic metadata schemas for research data. It was decided to adopt DataCite Metadata Schema (by @datacite), #DCAT (by @w3c) and #schemaorg. Crosswalks, provided by RDA (@resdatall), were investigated and fields classified as mandatory, recommended and optional. More info: https://www.nfdi.de/section-meta/task-force-metadata/?lang=en

KonsortSWD Helpdesk ist DIPF-Projekt des Monats!

Der Helpdesk unterstützt als zentraler erster Anlaufpunkt bei der Orientierung im umfangreichen Angebot der insgesamt 40 Forschungsdatenzentren von @konsortswd. Außerdem dient er als Wegweiser beim #Forschungsdatenmanagement und bei der Archivierung von #Forschungsdaten.

Ein schönes Angebot, und das nicht nur im Mai! 😉
