⚛️With so much ad space in Copenhagen Metro, Andel seems to think nuclear energy in Denmark is closer than I thought!
The interesting points are claims that Denmark can get by without it. But these models involve continued import of biomass for heat and power as far as I can tell*. If we correct the bad policy mistake of calling all biomass green, to me it remains an open question whether nuclear is the greenest way to get Copenhagen through a cold dark wind-free week.

Libre Office is also free and includes a QR code and barcode generator too! This saved me from having to hunt down a standalone generator that wasn't completely sketchy when I needed a barcode for some freelance work. Plus it can replace Microsoft Office.

That's untrue. The Times absolutely does know how to portray a President as a crook; look at what they did to Bill Clinton and later to Hillary as a candidate. That they haven't given Trump the same treatment even though his criminality is real, blatant, and severe is a sign they're complicit.

@davidho.bsky.social remember that Bush explicitly disavowed nation building and Rumsfeld threatened to court martial any officer who so much as read the State Department’s Iraq reconstruction plan. Calling it in retrospect a nation building exercise is farcical, that’s exactly what the people in charge were trying to avoid.
