lawns aren’t just boring, they’re harmful. covering vast areas in grass that does nothing for pollinators or soil life is ecological nonsense. research shows that common lawn chemicals increase cancer risk, especially in dogs exposed to treated grass. we can still have grassy patches and parks, but this endless obsession with sterile, green perfection is costing us health, biodiversity and water. let’s grow wilder.

That's untrue. The Times absolutely does know how to portray a President as a crook; look at what they did to Bill Clinton and later to Hillary as a candidate. That they haven't given Trump the same treatment even though his criminality is real, blatant, and severe is a sign they're complicit.

@davidho.bsky.social remember that Bush explicitly disavowed nation building and Rumsfeld threatened to court martial any officer who so much as read the State Department’s Iraq reconstruction plan. Calling it in retrospect a nation building exercise is farcical, that’s exactly what the people in charge were trying to avoid.
