In #Auschwitz from August 1944.
He was transferred to Groß-Rosen, Flossenbürg & Natzweiler-Struthof.
He was liberated on 23 April 1945 near Donaueschingen.
He became a doctor.
Today he turns 100.

Evacuations ordered in the Philippines as it braces for Fung-wong
The Philippines’ braces for the second major typhoon to strike in two weeks. Experts are predicting Super Typhoon Fung-wong to make landfall with the archipelagic nation late on Sunday or early Monday, carrying winds exceeding 185 kilometres an hour in speed.
