🤔 feedback today re time doing higher duties - we mused that I might be seen as 'too soft'. The feedback giver realised they meant, 'not enough like a man', & so we agreed that might not be something I want to correct for :)
Later in the day, I had a very difficult convo, & I had my #TOTD: I can only ever be myself, I may as well embrace that, & get comfy.
That's the work, isn't it? Difficult, & simple as it is.

re non cishet relationships - there's definitely research that the division of labour is much more equal - stands to reason the dynamics would be different too!
