It might carry over to the next day after a break (where i'm still thinking about it). It's an obsession. But unsustainable, short-lived. Special interests feel slower and less all-consuming to me. I can take breaks (weeks, sometimes months) and come back. I can hyperfocus over a project, special interest is bigger.
