The broligarchy is dismantling our government. Either we turn our focus to this attack on our nation, or we lose to fascism.

Seems like a good day to remind everyone that Auschwitz — a complex of over 40 concentration and extermination camps — was not located in Nazi Germany either.

Trump's official denouncement of former CISA director Chris Krebs (in the form of a "Presidential Memorandum") is chilling in substance and utterly Stalinesque in tone. By threatening anyone who hires him, it aims to render Krebs effectively unemployable.

I said it then, and I will repeat it now: There is simply no evidence that the 2020 election was "hacked". Krebs's forthright clarity about this in November, 2020 was a brave and important act of public service.

Addressing Risks from Chris Krebs and Government Censorship

The White House

The POTUS has issued a memo ordering a federal investigation into Chris Krebs, former head of DHS's Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). The president fired Krebs after the CISA director declared the 2020 election that Trump lost was the most secure in U.S. history.

"Trump's orders revoked the security clearances for Christopher Krebs, the former head of DHS's Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, and Miles Taylor, a former senior DHS official who wrote a highly critical tell-all book about his time in Trump's first administration."

When Trump first took aim at Chris Krebs back in 2020, I started getting tons of hate mail that was directed at him. People full of ignorant rage figuring we're the same person because we share a last name. We're not even related.

Now it's happening again. Here's one I just got less than an hour ago:

Krebs:

I used to be an admirer of yours but, ever since the 2020 election, I lost all respect for you.

You either lied or were complicit in the 2020 election theft and DJT is coming after you.

Krooks like Krebs need to be held accountable and I can't wait.

Trump orders probe of former cybersecurity chief for declaring 2020 election secure

Democrats blasted Trump's targeting of Chris Krebs and Miles Taylor, top officials in his first administration, as 'weaponizing' the government.

USA TODAY

Just woke up to find out the president has revoked the security clearances of everyone at a cybersecurity company because Chris Krebs went to work there. Krebs was his director for the agency in charge of Cybersecurity & Election Security during his first term and refuted his claim the 2020 election was "stolen".

Revoking the clearance of every employee basically kills the company's ability to do government contracts, which is a major source of revenue for cybersecurity companies. The White House press release also restates the false claim that the 2020 election was "rigged and stolen".

The US is basically a fascist dictatorship at this point. One where the president goes after entire companies because a single person spoke out against his verifiably false claims. You'd have to be completely insane to travel here right now.

Are Trump supporters driven by economic interest or something deeper? This commentary critiques liberals' outdated beliefs about the motivations behind Trump’s voter base, asserting that support stems from cultural and identity factors rather than mere economic misinterpretation. The author emphasizes that suffering doesn't change minds, urging a more critical view of electoral dynamics. Kudos to the author for this insightful analysis!
The suffering of white Trump voters isn't going to change a thing

Now that trillions of dollars have vanished as a consequence of the Trump tariffs, I see that some liberals who are sitting on high perches are talking about how the tide is turning against the president. They tell us that even Donald Trump’s voters are changing their minds. It’s things like this tha...
