Swedish work environment authority part of the ministry of employment has issued guidelines to suggest to employers the screening of employees with Autism or ADHD, to collect data about whether and how they are capable of dressing themselves and their body hygiene, along with their religious beliefs. The guideline misses to define scope and regulation of this data collection as of who is allowed to access this data and what it may be used for.
