I'm about to pull out the design documents but this junior level employee now needs to tell me what my concept is and how to design it, having applied his hardy male brain to the subject for a full 3 and a half seconds.

@mina Very interesting hypothesis... I was wondering why so many women in the background and a proud man in the foreground, as if he were giving them part of his ancient wisdom. Even there's a black woman portrayed in a very different way to the other white women. Everything's quite odd.

Years ago I worked across the hallway from the marketing team that created this. There were many ads that were much worse. This was very public on the corner on North Terrace in the city.
It was the gender split in the department.
So maybe it is a documentary.
