I chalk it up to being born and raised in the West—a lot of folks in today’s Congress have never seen the land protected by the Forest Service.
What a shame.
When I was a kid, some guy a generation older than my dad (who recently died at 96), mentioned that it was a good thing that so much of the West was protected land. “otherwise it’d just be ruined”

Man, that dude has had a SHITTY week.
I know everyone is dunking on Trump right now, and good, but his E.O. yesterday about limiting VBMs to only those voters he approves of is exceptionally dangerous as the USPS already can legally sit on ballots and have those ballots not count.
