So anyways how did I recently get back into Areej's harassment orbit?
ALL they allege I did to them in the past year is FOLLOW an IG which Areej personally doesn't like.
Areej made a video dragging each of that IG account's followers but zeroed in on me, the lone black person they knew in real life.
They started making videos about me & my family back in December 2025 and make new IG and TikTok's about me every few weeks sense this horrible transgression of following an IG account.
As usual, Areej appears to have gotten a masto account and is mass reporting me.
That's fine. I'm not sure why posting Areej's OWN words and their OWN videos is so bad?
I'm absolutely NOT asking or telling anyone to interact in anyway with Areej.
Quite the opposite, if you value your time sanity and ability to do mutual aid you likely would be best served by staying FAR away from Areej/Sky.
They are known to assault and harass trans people and then celebrate when they die.
So anywho...
As I hope this story shows, I really have tried my best to stay away from these bad actors.
My ex has surrounded themselves with quite of few of them.
Some are actually animated and PHYSICALLY dangerous bad actors.
They are beefing with me over literally hurt feelings and having opinions about their public affairs which they directly INVITED I and others to share in.
I really believed these ppl had better things to do by now. But they don't.
With THIS level of bad faith behavior, its CLEAR the best venue for my family is actually court at the moment.
I ask that these hangerons leave me and my kids the fuck alone. OR as is common these days, I will defend my self in court.
I hope one day my counter parent steps away from these abusive tactics but I don't control them and frankly I'd love to never speak to them ever again unless they can straighten up and fly right.

#KnowYourRights When CPS called me, I had two simple points.
1. You're just some person with access to a phone. I need time to verify you are the type of government employee you claim to be.
2. I have a lawyer, I want them in the loop so my rights are protected.
And so I declined to answer ANY of their questions until they proved their identities and provide the equivalent of a warrant for their investigation.
And you know what?
They were pissed but fucked off to wait for my lawyer.
CPS are cops.
If you tell them you have a lawyer and you won't be answering questions or giving home tours without him present.
They are SUPPOSED to go talk to your lawyer.
But instead these CPS agents came to the grocery store and followed me around asking questions.
Eventually they sent a second agent. I spoke to her and asked for my lawyer, almost immediately she obeyed.
The first guy hounded and harassed me for 20min!
There's never ending resources to harass a Black dad.
Nice white folks always seem shocked to findout how absurd CPS contact is for people.
The statistics don't like. Black parents, especially Black men are systemically over policed by CPS nation wide.
Weaponizing the "courts, cops and whiteness" is NO joke. There's hard data for the EXISTING racial bias in parenting rights cases and generally contact with CPS for Black kids. I've already proven in court THREE times that there is NO reason to limit my child custody etc and that my ex's claims were ALL demonstrably false. We had unnecessary police contact again yesterday.
A small crowd gathered to make sure we were ok after seeing me and my child surrounded by three cops.
#FamilyLaw #CourtWatch Over the past week I submitted and served the paperwork for a restraining order against my 3x false accuser, which landed on Wednesday.
We have a tentative court date set for June 22nd, I'd appreciate court watch support.

My lawyer warned me that many people are likely to retaliate after being served a restraining order summons.
Sadly my counter parent is ABSOLUTELY delivering on that.
At our last parenting exchange yesterday they brought a 3rd party along who was filming and made fun of me for asking that they stop.
While I asked this 3rd party not to film my ex came up from behind me and began snatching our child out of my arms forcefully while shouting at me.
Absolutely unnacceptable.
About an hour prior I noticed this SAME 3rd party attempting to film me at the light rail station. Literally stalking me on my way to the parenting exchange.
Why this person was in the light rail filming I do not know as they typically provide my ex transportation support. There's not any parking in the subway so not sure why they would be down there filming other than to stalk me.
An hour after the aggressive tug of war with our child which my ex started I get a text from my ex's boyfriend.
You know, the one who shows up to parenting exchanges to argue with me about the court record.
For some reason that guy has started sending aggressive text to me right after my ex getting served bc he's embarassed by his conduct at parenting exchanges and doesn't want to be in the court record.

One flying monkey is the tiktoker Areej "liberationluvr" Hakim who jumped on my ex's public posts, and knows my ex privately. I'll re-post some of their videos about me with a CW. But I want to make it clear how much these people wish to erase me and my few accomplishments. Here's violent threats about a witness in my case.
The reality is, is that the courts have to take interferance during custody disputes extremely seriously.
There's a WELL known pattern and history of people just like this white-knighting boyfriends becoming involved in child custody disputes which do not involve them.
Here's a recent story where a woman had a new partner and was going through a custody dispute. She decided to settle it by having the new bf murder the old one.
Now both are facing life in jail.
I take these threats, intimidation and harassment from my ex's MULTIPLE boyfriends who've become engaged in my child's life very seriously.
I will do everything in power to keep these egotistical hanger-ons away from my child.
And this is the point in the thread where I remind folks, how important legal aid has been in documenting and informing the courts about this horrific pattern of mistreament I've been going through.

The tiktoker's video is absurdly long and between child care and court documents it IS challenging to document the harassment I've going through.

I've been contacted by the cops so much the officers and I are starting to recognize each other.
Today I asked the cop: "how many of these types of standby's have you done in your career"
The cop replied "only a few"
I asked how many of those were the false calls I've been harassed by, he said "most of them".

No no, the cops who have FAKE TOMBSTONES & MAGA flags are great with kids, I'm told.
